Dr. Don Draper
Dr. Don Draper was born and raised in Shelley, Idaho and graduated from Shelley High School in 2005. After high school he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Helsinki, Finland.
Following his mission he attended Idaho State University. During this time, Dr. Draper met his wife Sydney, who is also from Shelley. While attending ISU he interned with Sweet Tooth Dental being mentored and directed by our very own Dr. Dan Greenhalgh. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from ISU they moved to South Jordan, Utah where he attended and graduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences. While in dental school Dr. Draper received the National Health Service Corps scholarship which led him and his family to Grants Pass, Oregon. He worked in a public health clinic for four years followed by a private practice before returning home to Idaho.
Dr. Draper enjoys spending time with his wife Sydney and their five children; Brooklyn, Lexi, Luke, Walker and Wyatt. Together they enjoy being in the great outdoors riding side by sides, camping, and going to their kids’ sporting events.
The Drapers are so excited for the opportunity to get back to their roots and raise their children near family, something they treasure and truly missed while away. Dr. Draper is happy to join the Sweet Tooth Dental team and looks forward to serving the community of Idaho Falls.
